Abigail (Abbie) Kramer is an innovative operations manager and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) leader in the conflict resolution and peacebuilding arena. Whether it be clearing bottlenecks, building cleaner databases and workflows, ensuring systems are in order and teams are best equipped and arranged to achieve their goals, Abbie finds great fulfillment in achieving operational excellence. She most recently served as the Interim Director of Impact and Director of Development Operations at the International Crisis Group. At Crisis Group, Abbie served as a problem-solver and thought partner for staff across the organization. She honed her nonprofit operational and MEL expertise through a wide range of initiatives, including designing and implementing the organization's first MEL system that connects annual strategic goals to program outputs and advocacy outcomes. She is interested in bringing her skills to groups tackling today's most pressing issues in peace and security.
